I started seeing results in a few days. Of course I was dieting as well. The best part for me was when I took the suit off and started training I felt so light. Now the girls I workout with is trying to keep up with me.

Im a size 13 in jeans & I got a 1x large and it fits perfect I wore it once for like a twenty minute jump rope and It made me sweat alot but I did’nt really notice it because it’s wicks the sweat. Oh and also it looks really cool and sporty when you wear it, its pretty cool.

So i purchased this to help me get a jump start on my weight loss. I wanted it from all over. My arms, leggs, butt back and even my chest. THIS IS THE BEST SUIT I HAVE EVER PURCHASED!! I would recommend it anyone and everyone looking to loos weight a little quicker, as i have gotten older of course the weight have gotten easier to gain and harder to lose.
