What is your return policy?

 We offer a refund or an exchange (on non-used gear) within 10 days of receipt of your order, unless the items were custom-produced. If items are returned after 10 days of purchase a 20% restocking fee will be charged. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on customized, worn, dirty, sweaty, or used items. And no, you cannot “borrow” Gear and then return it for a refund…but we will do everything within our power to exchange for the correct fit.

 Is my Gear supposed to be tight?

 In a word, Yes. All gear is very tight by design. If you used the sizing info, or provided accurate measurements and can get the gear on you then YES, it fits. But we can always exchange clean new gear for a larger or smaller size – just send it back with a note. No need to call; we’ll handle it!


Should I worry if my order takes longer than 10 days? It has been over a week;
where is my order?

Please allow two weeks to receive items on all orders.Standard S&H delivery time of 7-10 days is an estimate, based on in-stock items. For guaranteed delivery times, choose the Express S&H option. In periods of high demand, or other unusual circumstances – standard S&H may take longer than 7-10 days.

 How do I take care of my gear?

Use warm water add fabric softener to final rinse, machine dry low and remove promptly from dryer, or air dry. If suit needs ironing  use a moderate warm setting, can be dry cleaned. We also recommend that you place your gear in a garment bag to protect it from snags caused by Velcro, eye hooks, or other sharp objects that can be found on other clothing.

 Do you offer Big and Tall sizes?

                                 We currently offer up to 4X, no tall sizes. Please note that custom made products may be more expensive.
